We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are made to order through Printful, the following return policy applies.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective or misprinted items.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind, as each item is custom-made to order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of the issue (clear photos) is required

- Clear photos showing the defect or error
Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or misprinted
- We do not offer size exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

- No return shipping is required for defective or misprinted items
- We do not accept physical returns unless specifically requested
